Introducing a new shade of Green Domino

We are happy to introduce a new shade of green domino. Welcome to the lineup a shade we are calling Mint Green. We now have three shades of green to fit into any of your green needs.

Shades of Green

Since Green is such a general name for a color and if you look on the internet you will see all sorts of names that seem to conflict, we had a difficult time naming the shades. Every person asked had a different name and when you search for Lime Green on the internet you get all sorts of options.

Green

Green

We are calling the original Green domino simply Green. This domino comes either with Spinners or without Spinners (although we are actively working on spinner varieties of all the colors for the future).
When asking around what people would call this green we got names like: Parakeet Green, Kelly Green, Irish Green, India Green and Emerald Green.

Mint Green

Mint Green

This is the lightest shade of green. It was so close to being called Key Lime green on our site because it looks the same shade as the filling in a key lime pie.

When asking around the names for this color went from light green, pastel green, key lime green and even seafoam and pistachio made the list.

Spring Green

Spring Green

This green had the most diverse set of names which also included some of the names from the Mint Green realm. Naming the greens has only taught me that everyone sees colors differently and has their own associations with color.

The names of this color we got from our poll were Lime Green, Fern, Pear, Jade, emerald and even Screaming Green.

Decisions

So no matter what your favorite shade of green is, we have a domino to meet your needs.
If you are thinking – But I want a Forest Green color! We may not have a Forest Green domino (maybe someday), but when you get your dominoes from EngravedDominoes.com, you can select Dark Green as the color for the engraving on ANY set of dominoes.
